Founding Story

Erthe was founded by Ellie, a golfer and lifelong sports lover who watched the game evolve while the clothing available to players stayed largely the same. Erthe was created to close that gap — to give players more room for individuality, without losing respect for the sport. Order Processing

Orders are fulfilled from California and typically require up to 2 business days for processing. Specialty or limited-release items may ship directly from partner designers worldwide and may follow separate processing or delivery schedules — any exceptions are noted on the product page. All products are expected to arrive within 10 business days of ordering.

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 USD (certain brands may be ineligible)

• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

• Signature may be required at delivery

• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes

• Refused or returned packages may incur fees deducted from refunds

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Full-price items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method ( $10 processing fee)

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return

• Sports jewelry and hygiene-sensitive accessories are not eligible for return

• Certain items may have product-specific return conditions listed on their product page

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached

• All returns must be submitted and approved before sending items back — unauthorized returns may be declined

• Once a return label is issued, items must be dropped off within 14 days

• For returns of more than 3 items per order, additional restocking fees may apply
