Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Full price items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items returned between 15–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Sports jewelry and hygiene-sensitive accessories are not eligible for return.


Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags included.

  • Return requests must be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may be declined.

  • Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days with clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
  1. Contact us with your order details and the item you want to exchange.

  2. We will provide a prepaid return label if approved.

  3. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the label.

  4. Upon inspection, we will ship the replacement or issue a refund if the requested item is unavailable.
