Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Submit a Return

At Erthe, we offer self-serve returns for your convenience. To initiate a return, please log in to your account, select the order you would like to return, then click Create Return and follow the prompts.

A $10 refund processing fee applies to all return orders. For returns exceeding 3 items per order, additional restocking fees may apply.

Eligibility

  • Full price items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less applicable fees.
  • Final Sale items Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Sports jewelry and hygiene-sensitive accessories are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items may have item-specific return conditions stated on the product page. These take precedence over this general policy.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • All return requests must be submitted and approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may be declined.
  • Once a return label is provided, items must be dropped off within 14 days.
  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or store credit will be issued once approved, less applicable fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. A $10 refund processing fee applies to all approved returns. For returns exceeding 3 items, additional restocking fees may also apply.
